Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

The AGE AI Agent Platform is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that enables users to create, configure, deploy, and orchestrate AI agents and automated workflows. Features include but are not limited to:

• Multi-agent pipeline creation and management.
• Integration with large language models (LLMs) and external tools/APIs.
• Agent memory, context management, and persistent sessions.
• Real-time monitoring and logging of agent activity.
• Collaboration features for teams.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.

To access the Platform you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately at hi.aaggee@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are found to be inactive for extended periods.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the Platform to:

• Generate, distribute, or facilitate the creation of illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Deploy AI agents for automated spamming, phishing, or malicious attacks.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities in the Platform or circumvent any security measures.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code into the Platform.
• Use the Platform to generate disinformation, deepfakes, or content intended to deceive.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Platform.

The Platform provides tools to deploy and orchestrate AI agents powered by third-party LLMs. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI Outputs Are Not Guaranteed: AI agent outputs are generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI outputs before acting on them.
• You Own Your Workflows: You are solely responsible for the AI agent workflows, pipelines, and automations you create and deploy through the Platform.
• Sensitive Data: You must not input sensitive personal data, payment card information, health records, or classified information into AI agents unless you have the legal right to do so and understand the data handling implications.
• Third-Party Model Terms: AI models on the Platform are provided by third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Your use of these models is also subject to their respective terms of service and acceptable use policies.
• Autonomous Actions: If you configure agents to take autonomous actions (e.g., sending emails, making API calls, executing code), you bear full responsibility for the consequences of those actions.

Platform IP: All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including software, design, trademarks, and documentation — are owned by or licensed to AGE. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or branding.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content, data, and workflows you create using the Platform. By uploading or submitting content to the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Platform services to you.

Feedback: If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Certain features of the Platform are available under paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page.
• Provide accurate and valid payment information.
• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

No Warranty: The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AGE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AGE and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
• AI agent workflows or automations you deploy through the Platform.
• Any content you submit to the Platform.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, indemnification, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Indonesia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
